Richard is an experienced professional in the global mining and mining technology industries. His experience in the mining industry spans the value chain, including board directorships, exploration, operation management, mining finance, M&A, business strategy and operational improvement. Throughout his career of over 30 years, Mr. Pearce has worked in multiple commodities and geographies, including iron ore, coal, uranium, mineral sands, gold, and copper in Europe, the Middle East, North and South America, South East Asia, New Zealand, and Australia. Most recently he was Chair at 92 Energy, and in currently a non-executive Director at Atha Energy Corp (TSX-V) and South Harz Potash (ASX).
Phil is a mining executive more than 20 years experience in the resources and finance industry. Phil has a broad skill set having gained significant technical, operational, commercial, financial and corporate finance experience working in senior roles for producing miners and mining service companies. More recently Phil worked as a resources equity analyst covering a range of companies from micro -cap explorers through to mid -cap producers across a variety of commodities and jurisdictions.
Oliver is a seasoned, PhD qualified exploration geologist with 25 years of experience in the mineral resource industry and has worked across numerous precious, base, battery, and energy metals projects worldwide. He was instrumental in several new company listings, project acquisitions, JORC resource estimates, and new discoveries. Oliver is a founding director of ASX – listed companies Cygnus Metals Ltd (ASX: CY5), 92 Energy Ltd (ASX: 92E), Patriot Lithium Ltd (ASX: PAT), and Strata Minerals Ltd (ASX: SMX). He currently serves as a non – executive director of SMX.
Matt is an experienced mining executive with more than 25 years’ experience focused exclusively on mineral resources, corporate finance, corporate development and strategic management. Matt has worked across major gold operations in Nevada and Western Australia in resource management consulting. He holds a BSc. and an MBA (UWA) and has successfully financed and managed private and public mining exploration companies operating in Australia, North America, South America and Africa, across the exploration, development, feasibility and financing stages of the mining life -cycle.
Matt is currently the Managing Director of unlisted public entity, Wolfe Energy Limited.
Don has over 30 years of geological exploration, property evaluation, and development experience primarily focused in the mineral exploration industry in Nevada. Since 2008, Don has served as the founding President of Americas Gold Exploration Inc, a private company dedicated to Nevada mineral exploration. Don’s experience includes 17 years with major corporations including Nippon Mining of Japan, Santa Fe Pacific Gold and Kennecott Exploration, where he was involved in exploration, resource/reserve evaluations and mine development.
